These Terms govern your use of Moonveil, a product published by Daybreak Energy LLC. By using Moonveil, you agree to these Terms and applicable app-store terms.

1. Reflection and entertainment

Moonveil’s tarot, astrology, horoscopes, affirmations, crystal or stone information, rituals, meditations, moon symbolism, and Selene responses are offered for spiritual practice, folklore, creativity, entertainment, or self-reflection. They are not guarantees of future events or substitutes for professional medical, mental-health, legal, financial, emergency, or safety advice.

2. Stone and gem estimates

A photo cannot reliably confirm a mineral’s identity, authenticity, toxicity, value, composition, or safety for ingestion, heating, grinding, dissolving, or use in water. Treat any Moonveil stone identification as a visual estimate only.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your sign-in credentials and for activity under your account. Information you provide must not violate law or the rights of others.

4. Acceptable use

You may not misuse Moonveil, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, use it to facilitate harm or illegal conduct, reverse engineer protected portions except where law permits, or abuse automated features in ways that disrupt the service.

5. Moonveil Pro and purchases

Paid features may be offered through Apple App Store or Google Play purchase systems. Pricing, billing periods, renewal behavior, cancellation, refunds, and taxes are governed by the store and the purchase terms shown to you at checkout.

6. Availability and changes

Features may change, be improved, be discontinued, or occasionally be unavailable. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

7. Intellectual property

Moonveil’s software, branding, artwork, written material, interface, and other protected content are owned by or licensed to Daybreak Energy LLC, except for third-party materials governed by their respective licenses.

8. Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Moonveil is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties not expressly required by applicable law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Daybreak Energy LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use Moonveil. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

10. Account termination

You may stop using Moonveil at any time and may use the available account-deletion process. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect users, enforce these Terms, comply with law, or protect the service.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
