Account deletion
Moonveil users can request deletion of their account and associated account data.
Delete from inside Moonveil
When signed in, open Moonveil’s account or settings area and use the account-deletion option. Follow the on-screen confirmation steps.
Request deletion without the app
If you cannot access the app, email support@daybreakenergyllc.com from the email address associated with your Moonveil account and use the subject line Moonveil account deletion request.
We may ask you to complete reasonable verification steps before deleting an account to protect against unauthorized requests.
What deletion covers
Deletion is intended to remove the Moonveil account and account-linked profile data controlled by Daybreak Energy LLC, subject to information we are required or permitted to retain for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, transaction records, backups, or other legitimate purposes under applicable law. Data processed independently by third-party services may be subject to their own retention practices.
